		<description>na its not a silly question. pretty good actually. im not really sure but the platfoms the cars sit on are hydraulically powered to move up and down, getting cars on the top tier. they probably have a system or loading order, so that when it comes time to get out, the arms etc are moved out of the way and there is room enough to open the doors safely</description>
