Does 5 more mpg really make a big difference?

I’m planning on buying a new car in a year or so and I am looking at the Honda Accord coupe 2008, and the 2009 Dodge Challenger SE. The Accord gets 30 highway while the Challenger gets 25. Is that a significant difference or their pretty much the same in terms of mpg?
