The reviewer is really tall and annoying. Please hire reviewers of avg. height and less annoying. He looked jammed inside the car and uncomfortable.

i actualy cant wait until more electric cars get produced i will be considering one.
i mean u wont be paying road tax it will cost £2.50 to fully charge for 100 mile of driving. sounds good until the ******** goverment changes prices wich i garantee will happen eventualy.

Gas is going to hit 4 dollars a gallon in the US this year again they predict.. and it’s not gonna come down next year..so.. eventually one way or another people will switch to EVs..

I’m surprised he didn’t make the same aerodynamics comment about the Juke’s lights and giant wing mirrors. This guy is pretty sharp. He understands the reasoning behind bulbous lights. Anyway, this car IS THE NEXT PRIUS. Imagine it, earth loving people will now be able to look down on Prius drivers with disdain for their permissive stance on fossil fuel usage from the cab of their new ALL ELECTRIC car. And it’s a car, not a toy like Mitsubishi is building. Perfect car for a hyper-miller as well.

Your question is completely ignoring the fact that Electric storage and Electric transport is FAR LESS EFFICIENT THAN usage of petroleum. Electric cars are STUPID. Henry Ford was right. BIOFUELS make far more sense. the only problem is deciding what the biofuel will be made of. CORN is STUPID. It makes more sense to use organic waste.

Ev ***** the price of a charge in the future will go up if they are the future. Nd a brand new battery for this car is 15000 half the price of the car so I believe it’s not a good investment. Nd over time it will lose it’s ability to hold a charge

Just thinking about this, who would have this kind of time, and this amount of money to spend on a car? The wealthy people with much time on their hands. Another thought, the EV1 had the same range with the same charging time and how long ago was that? I believe this is a setup, a conspiracy, or just really poor marketing and engineering.

$42,500 for a car that you can only knock around town in, not your roadtrip car, might save you money if it lasts 30 years but I doubt it. The charging stations are not available in my area and the price is ridiculous for a 100 mile than 15 hour charge vehicle. I’d pay no more than $4000 for that inconvenience. Stick with the Prius, you can drive it for more than 3 hours at a time, and fuel up in less than two minutes. Time is money.

30 KWH , in California, Price about $9.00 Bucks. And that’s = 100 Miles + OR $27.00 in KWH Gets your leaf ev car about 300 + MILES ! So that’s Not Bad . BUT I HERE that you can BUY the CAR. BUT ONLY LEASE the BATTERIES ? ty see ya.

But electricity comes from coal no?

Answer :

The power source may be coming from coal powered plants but it uses the power far more efficently than a combustible engine and therefore pollutes FAR less than ICE motors.

Secondly, it has the ability to be powered from renewable non polluting energy sources like wind,solar.hydro,ec­­t..

Electric? cars are the future and nothing will stop it.
